Winter in Segovia is pretty bearable because it isn’t damp, so it’s not one of those colds that chills to the bone. Mist is infrequent and short-lived, but when it does come the city seems to shift to a more northern latitude. Spring will take a while to arrive, but in spite of the snow and rain, and the fact you have to keep well wrapped up, Segovia is still a beautiful city in winter.
