Noblemen and women, villains, and kings and queens have all walked the hallways of Santa Cruz la Real since it was rebuilt during the reign of Spain’s Catholic Kings. It has been a convent, orphanage, and nursing home. Now its walls enclose the University. Here a group of students relax between classes, oblivious to the countless stories these old walls could tell.
